Financial Considerations

We have provided you a fully secured payment gateway. We will accept VISA, Master & Amex cards to maintain trouble free shopping experience.

Product Delivery

We ensure your package will be delivering to the address you provided. If you are unable to accept the delivery on the particular day, please make arrangements for someone to accept it. Otherwise, you will have to incur additional cost on the second delivery as per the courier service provider’s contract. For more information, please contact our store hotline. We will deliver package to you by using Swift shipping for payments by credit card and our own/other delivery personal for Cash on Delivery. Please note cash on delivery may take longer than Visa and Master card payments. www.kathyusha.co has full rights to select/ change the courier company based on the distance, time and the weight of the item. 

As items Cannot be Exchanged/ Returned Due to COVID19 Health and Safety Regulations. No Cash Refunds. Certain deliveries will be delayed due to the prevailing situation in the country (Not limiting to Covid 19 pandemic & Economic/Fuel Issues in the country) and other orders might take a little longer than usual.
